Network Management Tools
The m-cast AdminSystems takes scheduling information and makes it available as reports that are useful for preparing billing reports and customer invoicing. The system can also be configured to import and consolidate the the audit log files from each player, and compare what was scheduled to play, with what actually played . . . and produce billing reports, health check reports and provide information on what media was played where m-cast Interactive or XPert systems are installed.
The m-cast system can be managed using industry standard Network Management Tools including compressive suites that include SNMP tools (simple network management). These tools are produced by companies like IBM (Tivoli), Computer Associates (UniCenter) and Hewlett Packard (OpenView).
